Licensed Aesthetician, Heather McNeal uses her unique twenty year career understanding in medical aesthetics and luxury day spas to deliver the perfect hybrid of personalized service in an intimate setting. Thoughtful planning was used in the menu of services offered at Bloom. You do have options....cosmetic procedures and medical spas aren't for everyone.
